Concrete Haus products are made to be durable and long-lasting, but they are not indestructible.

We have taken measures to ensure that the surface of our products will last as long as possible, but we cannot guarantee that they will never crack or break. If you drop your item or apply extreme force to it, there is a chance it could crack or break.

The surface of the concrete can be damaged if you submerge it in water (including the dishwasher) or expose it to citrus or oils causing staining. It's also important to note that concrete can chip when dropped on hard surfaces—so make sure you always handle your items with care! 

Please wipe items with a damp cloth and allow to dry.
